NowServing can text a Google review request to each customer just after their visit — the moment they're happiest and most likely to say yes.
- Turn on Review requests in your settings.
- Paste your clinic or shop's Google review link (the one that opens your review box directly).
- When you mark a customer "Served," they get a warm text with that one-tap link a few minutes later.
Optional: enable the "how was it?" step so only happy customers are sent to Google, while anyone unhappy reaches you privately first. Either way, the customer writes and posts the review themselves — fully within Google's rules.
